Joe Gallagher, the real Uncle Joe behind the deli, is constantly working on new sandwiches, creative specials, and fresh ideas for the shop. Emily brings her artistic eye and passion for flavor, color, and creativity into everything from the menu to the overall feel of Uncle Joe’s.
We serve focaccia sandwiches, house-made sides, and freshly sliced meats and cheeses — and we’re always finding new ways to keep things fresh, creative, and worth coming back for.
